The two gaps measure different things
4,520 ordered units are not recorded as shipped. 7,720 shipped units are not recorded as accepted. The source does not provide enough timing or contractual detail to call either gap late or rejected.
Our calculations are ordered minus shipped, and shipped minus accepted. Percentages use the denominators named above. They are not production rates or estimates of spare capacity.
